Build
We survey, design, finance and construct the plant — fixed scope, with cost and schedule overruns carried by us.
Operate
Our engineers run and maintain the asset for the concession term, with output contractually guaranteed.

At the end of the term, a sound, well-maintained asset transfers to you — documented, compliant and ready to run.
Risk allocation
Your risks, carried by us.
Under a BOT concession, the burdens that normally fall on the client move to Envirotech for the life of the contract.

Closing the water loop — treating wastewater to a standard worth reusing, so effluent stops being a disposal cost and starts being supply. For water-stressed sites and tightening discharge limits, reclamation is usually the most defensible drop of water on the balance sheet.
