Engineering & Project Delivery
A Proposal Engineer to support tendering, process engineering and business development activities for water, wastewater, desalination and water reclamation projects.
Compensation
- Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,000 per month
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop process calculations and preliminary equipment sizing.
- Prepare process flow diagrams and technical submissions.
- Review tender specifications and identify key requirements.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and technology partners.
- Prepare cost estimates and proposal documentation.
- Participate in technical clarifications and client presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in water treatment, wastewater, sewerage or desalination preferred.
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with process calculations and engineering fundamentals.

A registered Safety & Health Officer, reporting to the Project Manager / Site Manager, to run site HSE for a water and wastewater treatment construction project in Johor, ensuring works comply with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and project HSE requirements. 6-month contract, extendable subject to project needs and performance.
Compensation
- Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month, based on experience and certifications
- 6-month contract with possible extension

- Site allowance and medical coverage confirmed at offer stage
Key responsibilities
- Implement and enforce the site Safety & Health Plan, HIRARC and method statements.
- Conduct daily site inspections, weekly safety walks and monthly HSE audits; close out non-conformances on time.
- Review and approve work permits: hot work, working at height, confined space, excavation, lifting and electrical isolation (LOTO).
- Run toolbox talks, safety inductions and HSE training for staff and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and notify DOSH (JKKP) as required.
- Check subcontractor HSE documents, competency records, PPE and equipment certification.
- Maintain HSE records, statistics (LTI, TRIR) and monthly reports to management and the client.
- Lead emergency response drills and keep the emergency response plan current.
- Support client, consultant and DOSH audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline.
- Registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer, with a valid CIDB Green Card.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or civil/mechanical works; water, wastewater or industrial plant experience is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, USECHH and CIDB requirements.
- Trained in HIRARC, incident investigation, and confined space and working at height safety.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be based on site in Johor and to work extended hours when needed.

A QA/QC Officer, reporting to the Project Manager / Site Manager, to check that civil, mechanical and piping works on a water and wastewater treatment project in Johor meet specifications, drawings and client requirements. 6-month contract, extendable subject to project needs and performance.
Compensation
- Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500 per month, based on experience
- 6-month contract with possible extension

Key responsibilities
- Implement the project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Inspect incoming materials and equipment against specifications; keep material approvals and test certificates.
- Carry out and witness inspections and tests for earthworks, concrete, rebar, formwork, structural steel, piping and equipment installation.
- Raise Requests for Inspection (RFI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and follow up corrective actions until closed.
- Coordinate concrete cube sampling, pressure and leak tests, welding inspection and other third-party testing.
- Review subcontractor method statements, quality records and as-built drawings.
- Compile test reports, inspection checklists and handover documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports for the Project Manager and client.
- Support client, consultant and internal quality audits.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in construction; water, wastewater or industrial plant experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ITP, NCR and RFI processes; familiarity with ISO 9001 is a plus.
- Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be based on site in Johor.

A Senior Finance Executive, reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, to manage cash flow, banking and financing, maintain the full set of accounts and support financial management across our projects.
Compensation
- Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,000 per month
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
- Manage daily bank balances, payments and fund transfers.
- Monitor receivables, payables, retentions and progress billing.
- Manage banking facilities, financing applications and loan covenants.
- Support project financing, lender due diligence and banking relationships.
- Maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR and AP.
- Perform bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and fixed asset schedules.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing, management accounts and MFRS financial statements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for management.
- Analyse project profitability and advise on cost control.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax and statutory requirements, working with auditors.
- Strengthen internal controls and support board and shareholder reporting.
- Work with project and operations teams to align financial plans with project timelines.
- Guide junior finance staff and report to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA or MICPA is preferred.
- 3–5 years of finance experience, including cash flow, banking and full-cycle accounting.
- Experience in project-based or infrastructure sectors is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Malaysian tax, statutory reporting and banking practices.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling, and experience with ERP systems.
